The Leadership Master Class

How to lead with empathy, mindfulness and trust?

Thursday, August 8, at 6pm. Re:Coded House, 3rd Floor, Nergiz Plaza, Gulan Street

About the workshop

New technologies, more distributed teams, work automation. The workplace is changing quickly and an adaptive leadership has never been more important. Leading people and teams is a skill that is difficult to master. But it is also one of the most critical qualities one will have to have now and in the future, when many jobs will disappear and new ones will be created. This Master Class will teach you practical ways for setting your teams for success, inspiring trust as a leader, creating a healthy feedback loop at work, being more mindful and self-aware, and becoming a more conscious leader.
