Working in a professional setting requires a self-awareness and understanding of standard business etiquette*. Although not all companies operate in the same way, all share a basic understanding of behaviors and practices for the professional setting. Beyond just the do’s and don’ts of business etiquette, there is a need to develop a personal brand within the professional setting. This personal brand is created through gaining awareness of your strengths and areas to grow within the workplace and learning how to effectively communicate those to others. This course is designed for participants to understand acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in the workplace and an awareness of themselves and how they can show up in that space.
